This work celebrates another iconic and much loved store in Canberra- Impact Comics, Garema Place. I particularly enjoyed sketching the bright comic style font in the sign on the awning and in contrast, the faded grungy look to the sign near the roof. I was in the company of a large number of noisy magpies and curious onlookers when I sketched this one.
Prints have a small white border suitable for framing and have been printed with archival pigment ink on acid free paper to last for years.
Prints are unframed.
