Impact Comics - print

from $75.00

Watercolour and pen fine art print.

This work celebrates another iconic and much loved store in Canberra- Impact Comics, Garema Place. I particularly enjoyed sketching the bright comic style font in the sign on the awning and in contrast, the faded grungy look to the sign near the roof. I was in the company of a large number of noisy magpies and curious onlookers when I sketched this one.

Prints have a small white border suitable for framing and have been printed with archival pigment ink on 100% cotton rag to last for years.

Prints are unframed.

So happy - another sale . This watercolour monotype was sold at the first Hawker Men’s Shed art auction. So happy that I was invited to participate and be able to support a great community organization. #canberraartist #mensshed #watercolourink
